By the way – Da Tweekaz & The Viper played amazingly good at Club Aqua the other day (a truly wonderful party). And now it is just one week to go until Q-Base! Gonna be really great!

I browsed to GP’s website to search for an article when I found this video clip [in swedish]. The question was “How is a good DJ?”

One answer was: “He puts a CD on and let it spin”. I laughed my ass off, it really shows that the dude’s got a real good understanding of the art of DJ:ing. 

Anyways, a lot has happened lately and I don’t really have the time to write about it now. I’ll post an update in a couple of days. Oh, and I’ve seen the new Mummy movie too. It sucked. I will post a review soon.

Finally I was almost free of my fever (feeling a bit from that shit still, but it is almost gone by now). So anyways, I decided to go to work today. Man, was it hard to get up this morning or what (!)

At 0550 hours my alarm rang and I just didn’t want to get up. But I did, and it was really nice to get back to work and meet all my colleagues. I’ve been missing them during these three weeks, so it was great to do some catching up. Another thing that needed to be catched up was my work. I had forgot almost everything I’ve done during these 3 weeks I’ve been away. Luckily it didn’t take all too long time before I remembered what I had done and what had to be completed.

I’m really tired now though and the weather outside sucks. I think it will be an early night for me. Feels nice to be back on track again though. Just have to get my hair cut soon. Like tomorrow. Over and out suckas!

As you probably already know I was out with Anna and her parents with their boat during 25th to 26th of July in a lake called Drögen, located a bit outside Linköping. I think it was close to Ulrika or something. I’ve uploaded the pictures from that weekend to my gallery (and Facebook).

It was a great trip, nice to get away from the town and get some fresh air, sun (work up my tan, hehe), and swimming. And good food.

I want to thank Tommy and Yvonne (Anna’s parents) for letting me join the trip. I’m really grateful and I hope I can return the favor somehow.

…but I got a catch (a northern pike) so the total experience of fishing were quite nice after all. I usually don’t have the patience…

A friend of mine at work gave me the tip to take a look at this brittish comedy TV series called The IT Crowd. It circles around two nerds working at the IT department of a company (later on in the series a woman joins these two male nerds).

The IT Crowd was just aired for 2 seasons, containing 6 episodes each for a total of 12 episodes. Some parts, I must admit, were pretty funny. The character Moss (played by Richard Ayoade) and the boss of the companyprovided most humour to the episodes. However, I’ve once again come to the conclusion that british humour sucks. It’s pretty dry and boring really, and it was not as funny as I had hoped. Working with IT myself I would’ve hoped that there would be more jokes or plots regarding IT-stuff. But they just make fun of IT-people (which, of course, is kind of hilarious too – just if you skip the british-humour-part of it all).

I wouldn’t advise anybody to really watch this series unless you’re really out of stuff to do. I really tried to like it, I did! But it did not appeal to my taste. Sorry.

Moss, Jen and Roy. You were not really that entertaining as you could have been.

Sunday the 27th of July my cousin Mania came to visit us from Motala. We spent some time at the Summer House in Åselstad (which isn’t much of a house really… but a nice place to be when it’s sunny). Here are some pictures if you want to see.

Today was my last day at work before the vacation. Now I’m officially off until the 4th of August. It’s gonna rock! Although I will be missing my colleagues at work – they are the best ones ever.

I got to leave for the vacation with some good news anyways; I got a raise on my salary. Who would not be happy with that information?

Gotta do a checklist of what I have to bring to BLACK and then it’s time to go to bed. It’s really nice that tomorrow is a day off.

I will do a more elaborate update of what’s going on around me in my life when I get the time – after the weekend.

Yes, it’s true. Finally my website is online, although everything is not completely done yet.

Take a look at http://tomfury.se. As of now I have just links to my blog (this one) and two galleries. The Personal Gallery is intended for personal pictures, i.e. random stuff in my life. The Rollers Gallery covers all the EDM parties I and my Llama- and donkeyrollers attend. As of now we are the original rollers maintaining the gallery. The functionality is a bit more limited than what I first thought, but it seems to work okey. However, you must be registered with the gallery to be able to post comments to the pictures.

If you want to be one of those lucky few who will be permitted to post comments in the gallery, please drop me a note and I’ll get back to you with proper credentials to get you ready for comment posting.

You have more control over the blog in the ways you are able to customize it to your liking. I won’t delete this blog though, since wordpress could prove to blow back right at me in the face.

This is the 800th post on my blog. Jesus christ that’s hell of a lot of posts.

Junior is kind enough to design a logotype for me (kudoz!). You can see his work to the right (the pic with the gas mask). I tried to do something myself too; the scorpion inside the escutcheon. Now he’s working on something else – I’m anticipating the end results!

As you all can see I’ve decided to redesign my blog. I think this new template suits the blog much better than the previous one. Feel free to add comments and state your opinion (which you all SUCK at – how come no-one almost never leaves any comments at all?)
